Great clip December 20, 2008
I purchased the Battery Tender Junior for the Mini in storage. The tender came with one of these and the battery clamps. I purchased this one for the same tender and the Ford Explorer for the summer storage.

Attach one of these adapters to your car, motorcycle, or marine battery, and keep your batteries alive by Battery Tender with a minimum of hassle. Few products work so well. Every part of the charger, lines, and connectors are solid & superbly engineered.

These are great units but if you are going to attach the quick disconnect to a modern automotive battery installed in an auto, think twice. Newer battery cables do NOT allow these rings to attach to the battery at the battery posts. You'll have to connect the 'Rings' to another positive and negative terminal location.

Quality of the unit is very good. 4 stars because they don't say, will not work on all battery's. Also, the rings are not large enough to accomodate an automotive battery cable post attachment. The holes must be enlarger unless you are attached to other than the atcual battery

Makes charging your battery very easy with the quick disconnect. just connect it to your battery and it is there when you need to connect your
charger! the fused link is also a great idea in case of a miss connection
or a surge to the battery.
