A really good substitute for Dunkins vanilla chai... not quite as good but it's up there.

I never was a big fan of tea but this is not like any tea I've had before. Fill your home with the aroma of pumpkin pie spice, and sip away. You just can't be sad when your drinking it. Its about a quarter of the caffine in an energy drink, and its super easy to make this. Just heat water and stir in a scoop of the dry mix.

This stuff is amazing. My friend and I found it at a little coffee shop in San Diego and thought it was going to be out of our lives forever after we left. But no. Found it on here. AMAZING. Worth a shot.
