Great Product. Priced a Bit High. December 20, 2008 Great cereal that we can highly recommend. However, do shop around for a better price. We're able to purchase locally for under $3/box at several grocery stores.
Great taste sans carcinogens December 6, 2008 All Kashi cereals omit the preservative BHT, which some studies show to be carcinogenic. They use vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) to preserve freshness. Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat cereal tastes great to both the adults as well as the young children in this family.
Better than Cheerios October 15, 2008 Tastes like a much milder version of honey nut Cheerios with a bigger crunch. And how can you say no to eating little hearts each morning?! Definitely a staple in my cabinet. Good dry or with milk. My kids like it too.
Tastes awesome! August 28, 2008 Somehow picked up this cereal from Costco at random a while back and have gotten glued to it ever since! I hate really sweet cereals and this one has just the right amount of sweetness to it and I love the crunchy feel it gives. I keep trying other cereals especially the Post Selects (which my husband loves) but I cant help keep coming back to Kashi Heart and Healthy !
Works for a diabetic August 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I don't know why, though it's probably the fiber, but most Kashi products don't raise my blood sugar, when normally that high of a concentration of carbs would. I've been eating it everyday for a long time, and am not sick of it yet. I thought the texture would be too dense for my toddler, but she loves it to. Yay Kashi.
