Very very good rice! January 7, 2009
This brown rice is the best! I try to keep my weight down, so by microwaving this rice and steaming fresh vegetables dinner is served. This allows me a glass or two of wine and a snack later on. I love brown rice, but don't always have the time - even to make several portions the day before. This is the ticket!

This rice is excellant! I add a little braggs amino acids and some teryaki tofu, and I am in Heaven!! It is a little pricy, but I order it on the subscription service so I get free shipping and a discount!! It is so good for you, and tastes great!!

I tried this rice because it was mentioned by Eva Mendes in the March 2007 issue of Shape magazine. She credited it as an easy meal that she can have with a can of tuna. She looked so great on the cover that I decided that I had to try it and I'm glad I did. Absolutely yummy!

I was surprised by just how good this rice is. A little chewy [much better than mushy], good flavor, and oh so convenient for the gluten intolerant. When I don't have time to pack lunch, having one of these in my desk drawer can save my day. Adding a little protein to it makes it a quick easy meal. The price is a bit much for every day use, but it would be great also for taking on trips, as a GF safety net.
