Perfect size November 1, 2008 Our large dogs love these treats. What makes this version useful is that they come as coin-sized disks. When trimming nails, the dogs will lay down -- and as long as I keep feeding the meter (ie. putting treats in their mouth one at a time) -- I can work away on the nails. Its a bit of fun to watch/do.
Great product; great price October 31, 2008 These dogswell mini snacks are perfect for training or rewards. The price on amazon was too good to miss
My dog loves this! September 30, 2008 These are only as big as a quarter, but my small dogs love them. They are hard, which I feel helps with the tartar, too.
bite size August 12, 2008 These bite size are perfect for the smaller dog and seem to go farther. My dog loves them and she is VERY fussy.
Some of the only treats with less than 283823 ingredients August 2, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have yet to find another treat that didn't contain a laundry list of ingredients. My dog (a pug) absolutely loves these treats, and I feel good feeding them to him. I love the size of these discs so you can give them more than one or two and feel that it's an appropriate amount. They are recognizably little slices of chicken (the large ones, as well) and only have positive additives (flax seed which is good for their hair and skin) and Vitamin E (the same). The company is very responsive to inquiries, which rest my mind.
I don't feel that the 1 star rating is fair at all, nor do I agree with it in any shape or form. If the writer is concerned about goods made in China ad is boycotting them all together, they should take a look at more than just their dog food before writing reviews. Also, people who have not bought this product should NOT be submitting reviews. Save your time for something you have actually tried! I personally would rather feed my dog a treat made in China, where the company is willing to send me information about their process, than a bi-product, corn-meal filler American-produced treat that won't give you information.
