Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Product Description The Toro bypass pruner with a rotating handle has ergonomically shaped handles with TPR (thermo plastic rubber) for a non-slip grip. It's also equipped with a rotating lower handle to reduce fatigue and blisters, plus a body made of drop-forged aluminum and a blade made from high carbon sword steel--which is precision-ground for top cutting performance. It has a patented two-position lock for a smaller handle spread, and uses patented center oiler bolt technology for ease of maintenance of the tool, allowing for continuous lubrication during operation. This pruner has a 1-inch cutting diameter and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Customer Reviews:
Serious User January 8, 2008 I farm over 16 Acres of grapes and these pruners save me money in reduced labor costs and the guys love'em. They might not last as long as the Swiss made Felco pruners but their 12-15 bucks less.(use to be 20 less) I will probably get 3 years out of these compared to 5 with the Felco's. Good quality as the other reviewer states and if you ever went out and pruned for 8 hours straight without the rotating handles, your hands will tell you the difference, by the end of the day. These work...buy them......

Unfortunately, the rotating handle on these pruners make it very difficult to use and definitely did not help in the pruning work. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Toro makes quality. This is another example.Tired of purchasing second rate pruners that don't perform or last. Also purchased long handle "loper" style for limbing small trees and bushes. works equally well.
